Your VO2 max is often used as an indicator of overall cardiorespiratory fitness and
can serve as a metric for tracking improvement. VO2 max and lean body mass are the most important factors in fitness. These are both very predictive of what our later years in life will look like as we age, improving them shows reduction in all cause mortality.
Abs are revealed in the kitchen, but they are built in the gym. This program will give you everything you need to build a strong core. Minimal equipment will be needed to use this as an add on to any program.
